About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Courier Service Supervisor to join our team at Square Delivery Solutions Corp. as a key member of our operations team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Implement Operational Plans

Develop specific plans to prioritize tasks, optimize workflows, and ensure seamless package handling operations.

Task Organization and Management

Organize and assign tasks to team members, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Reporting and Analysis

Prepare and submit regular reports on operational performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.

Problem-Solving and Technical Advice

Resolve work-related problems, provide technical guidance, and recommend measures to enhance productivity and product quality.

Team Supervision and Development

Supervise and train a team of 3-4 staff members, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.

Equipment Maintenance and Operations

Ensure the smooth operation of equipment, requisitioning or ordering materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.

Staff Training and Development

Train staff members in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies, ensuring they are equipped to perform their roles effectively.

Requirements
  • Education

Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.

Experience

1 to less than 7 months of experience in a similar role.

Language

Fluent in English.

Work Hours

30 to 35 hours per week.
