We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Courier Service Supervisor to join our team at Square Delivery Solutions Corp.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Implement Operational Plans

Develop specific plans to prioritize tasks, optimize workflows, and ensure seamless package handling operations.

Task Management and Coordination

Organize tasks, assign responsibilities, and review work progress to ensure timely completion and high-quality results.

Reporting and Analysis

Prepare and submit regular reports to management, highlighting key performance indicators, areas for improvement, and recommendations for process enhancements.

Problem-Solving and Technical Guidance

Resolve work-related problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity, product quality, and employee performance.

Team Supervision and Development

Supervise a team of 3-4 employees, provide guidance, training, and coaching to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.

Resource Management

Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed to support package handling operations.

Equipment Maintenance

Ensure the smooth operation of equipment, perform routine maintenance, and troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime.

Training and Development

Train staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies to ensure compliance and high-quality performance.

Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a supervisory or management role
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Proficiency in English language
  • Availability to work 30 to 35 hours per week
