About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Associate Director to lead our Evidence Delivery team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for the operational delivery of global strategic studies, ensuring the generation of high-quality evidence to support our company's therapies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the development and finalization of study protocols
  • Manage study governance processes, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Coordinate internal and external processes to ensure seamless study delivery
  • Oversee the selection and management of external service providers, including Clinical Research Organizations (CROs)
  • Support strategic handover meetings and kick-off meetings to ensure project success
  • Perform CRO oversight to ensure project delivery within time, cost, and quality
  • Support the delivery of projects to agreed timelines, within approved budgets, and according to company quality standards
  • Ensure global oversight of study start-up, implementation, and closure, ensuring inspection-readiness

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as medical or biological science, or equivalent experience
  • Extensive pharmaceutical industry/CRO experience in clinical study/research project delivery, drug development process, and relevant guidelines (e.g., GCP/ICH)
  • Project Management qualification or demonstration of project management skills, including scope, budget, timeline, resource management, and use of associated tools
  • Scientific awareness and extensive knowledge of observational study guidelines and SOPs
