Employee Advocacy Coordinator Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Employee Advocacy Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for advocating for employees' rights and interests in the workplace.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist employees in navigating the labour relations process.
  • Develop and implement employee advocacy programs to promote employee engagement and well-being.
  • Collaborate with senior leaders to develop and implement effective labour relations strategies.
  • Provide training and coaching to employees on labour relations principles and best practices.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in labour relations, including experience advocating for employees' rights.
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.

We offer a competitive salary range of $110,000 - $170,000 per year, depending on experience. This position is posted as a grade 7.
