Job Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of housekeeping staff to ensure efficient and effective delivery of cleaning services
  • Develop and implement cleaning schedules and protocols to maintain high standards of cleanliness throughout the hotel
  • Conduct regular audits to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to address any issues
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of services and optimize guest experience
  • Monitor and control costs associated with cleaning supplies and equipment
Requirements
  • 2 years of experience in a similar role or relevant industry
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and manage teams effectively
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
Working Conditions

Compensation

The estimated salary range for this position is $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. This includes benefits such as excellent oral communication, judgement, reliability, and a permanent contract.
