**What we are looking for**:A Project Coordinator to join our team The Project Coordinator will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of projects. This position will also be responsible for assisting the Estimator and Field PM with the day-to-day operations of projects.

**What you will do**:

- Responsibilities and duties include but are not limited to the following:_
- Site Visits (From start to completion)
- Ensure staff are completing tasks assigned and the project is on schedule to complete
- Meet with adjusters and clients to discuss projects and scopes of work
- Gather the required information needed for the Estimator (inspection reports, measurements, photos, quotes from sub-contractors etc.)
- Update and maintain communication with adjusters, clients, staff, sub-contractors, tenants etc.
- Internal Software: Update, respond to questions, communicate with representatives, seek approvals etc.
- Ensure project documents are complete and submitted. ( Signed work authorizations, completion certificates, building permits, quotes etc. )
- Efficiently schedule staff and subcontractors for projects.
- Assist field staff in duties needed in order to complete projects.
- Provide excellent customer service and provide resolutions to concerns or questions.
- Participate in the On-Call rotation

**What you will need**:

- Experience in restoration or a related field such as home renovation/construction is required.
- Xactimate or similar estimating software training is an asset.
- Experience in a leadership role in restoration or construction required.
- Certification/ tickets in restoration such as WTR, Asbestos, etc preferred.
- Intermediate computer skills required. (Able to use Outlook, Word, Excel and internal softwares)
