About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team at HEALTHPLUS REHAB CENTRE INC. As an Office Administrator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our administrative functions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our team members, including preparing reports, manuals, and correspondence.
  • Office Management: Coordinate and plan for office services, including accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.
  • Record Management: Administer policies and procedures related to the release of records in processing requests under government access to information and privacy legislation.
  • Communication: Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
  • Team Support: Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in an administrative role.
  • Skills: Electronic mail, MS Office, MS Word, attention to detail, efficient interpersonal skills, organized, time management, adaptability, and team player.
Work Environment
  • Work Term: Permanent.
  • Work Language: English.
  • Hours: 32 hours per week.
