We are looking for a highly organized Business Support Coordinator to join our team at Royal Auto Body 2020 Ltd. This is a permanent, full-time position working approximately 32 to 35 hours per week.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and organizing daily operations, scheduling appointments, and compiling data and statistics. You will also be required to order office supplies, maintain inventory, and arrange travel and related itineraries. Additionally, you will need to greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas, perform data entry, and consult with clients after sales to provide ongoing support.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • You have a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • You possess the ability to multitask, are organized, and can work well as part of a team.
  • You have experience using MS Excel, MS Office, and electronic mail.
