Job Title: Restaurant Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team at IIWII Foods Inc.

Job Summary:

The Restaurant Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that all aspects of the business are running smoothly and efficiently. This includes managing staff, maintaining high standards of customer service, and controlling costs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Staff Management: Supervise and train staff to ensure they are meeting the high standards of customer service and food quality.
  • Customer Service: Ensure that all customers receive excellent service and that their needs are met.
  • Cost Control: Manage costs and ensure that the restaurant is operating within budget.
  • Inventory Management: Oversee the ordering and inventory of food, beverages, and supplies.
  • Marketing and Promotion: Develop and implement marketing and promotional strategies to increase sales and customer engagement.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure that the restaurant is operating in a safe and healthy environment for customers and staff.
Requirements:
  • Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: English.
