Job Title: Restaurant Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team at IIWII Foods Inc.

Job Summary:

The Restaurant Manager will be responsible for the overall management of our restaurant, including staff supervision, customer service, and financial management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Staff Supervision: Supervise and manage a team of staff, including servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff.
  • Customer Service: Ensure excellent customer service and resolve any customer complaints or concerns.
  • Financial Management: Manage the restaurant's finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and cash handling.
  • Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including inventory management, supply chain management, and maintenance.
  • Marketing: Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase sales and customer engagement.
Requirements:
  • Education: College diploma or equivalent in hospitality or a related field.
  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a restaurant management role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and leadership skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in financial management software.
