Job Description:
As an Administrative Director at ProPlus Tax & Bookkeeping Inc., you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our office. This includes reviewing and evaluating administrative procedures, delegating work to office support staff, establishing work priorities, and ensuring procedures are followed and deadlines are met. You will also carry out administrative activities, administer policies and procedures for record release, coordinate office services, assist in budget preparation, maintain inventory controls, assemble data, prepare reports, perform data entry, train staff, and oversee office administrative procedures.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Supervision: 1-2 people
  • Computer and Technology Knowledge: MS Excel, MS Office, MS Outlook, MS Windows, MS Word, Electronic mail
  • Security and Safety: Basic security clearance
