We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pharmacy Manager to lead our team at Loblaw Companies Limited. As a key member of our Health & Wellness philosophy, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our pharmacy department, ensuring the highest level of customer service and patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and provide guidance to pharmacy staff, ensuring they meet the highest standards of patient care and customer service.
  • Manage the pharmacy's inventory, including ordering and stocking medications and supplies.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and excellent customer experience.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and regulatory requirements, ensuring compliance and best practices.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy and a Class A Pharmacists license.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a retail pharmacy environment.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and coach staff.
  • Excellent customer service skills and a strong sense of professionalism.
  • Proven ability to build business using community-based marketing strategies.
