We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pharmacy Manager to join our team at Loblaw Companies Limited. As a Pharmacy Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of pharmacists and support staff to provide exceptional patient care and service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and provide guidance to pharmacy staff to ensure accurate and timely dispensing of medications

• Ensure adequate inventory levels of medications and supplies to meet patient needs

• Provide excellent customer service and counsel patients on new and additional medications

• Develop and implement strategies to improve pharmacy sales and profitability

• Collaborate with the Director of Pharmacy Operations to achieve departmental goals and objectives

Requirements:

• Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy and a Class A Pharmacist license

• Minimum of 3 years' experience in a retail pharmacy environment

• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and coach staff

• Excellent customer service skills and a strong sense of professionalism

• Proven ability to build business using community-based marketing strategies

• Strong problem-solving skills, including experience formulating and executing action plans

• Strong personal computing skills, with knowledge of KROLL Pharmacy Computer system an asset
