Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and develop a high-performing team of pharmacy professionals

• Ensure accurate and timely dispensing of medications and over-the-counter supplements

• Maintain adequate inventory levels and manage costs effectively

• Provide excellent customer service and counsel patients on medication use

• Develop and implement community-based marketing strategies to drive business growth

Requirements:

• Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy and a Class A Pharmacist license

• Minimum 3 years' experience in retail pharmacy environment

• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and coach others

• Excellent customer service skills and a strong sense of professionalism

• Proven ability to build business and drive sales growth

• Strong problem-solving skills and experience with KROLL Pharmacy Computer system
