We're seeking a highly skilled Pharmacy Manager to lead our team at Loblaw Companies Limited. As a key member of our Health & Wellness philosophy, you'll be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our pharmacy department.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and provide guidance to staff to ensure exceptional customer service and accurate dispensing of medications
  • Manage inventory levels to meet patient needs and control costs
  • Counsel patients on new and additional medications in a friendly and proactive manner
  • Create awareness and educate customers through public relations initiatives
  • Review and control costs at all levels within the pharmacy department

Requirements:

  • Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy and a Class A Pharmacists license
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in a retail pharmacy environment
  • Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent customer service skills and a strong sense of professionalism
  • Proven ability to build the business using community-based marketing strategies
