About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pharmacy Manager to lead our team at Loblaw Companies Limited. As a Pharmacy Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our pharmacy department, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our team members are supported and empowered to deliver outstanding results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and manage a team of pharmacy professionals to ensure excellent customer service and efficient operations
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction
  • Manage inventory levels, control costs, and optimize pharmacy operations to ensure maximum efficiency
  • Collaborate with other departments to promote cross-selling and upselling opportunities
  • Provide coaching and development opportunities to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to ensure our pharmacy department remains competitive and innovative
Requirements
  • Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy and a Class A Pharmacists license
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in a retail pharmacy environment
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and coach team members
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions
  • Knowledge of pharmacy operations, including inventory management, cost control, and customer service
