Pharmacy Department Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pharmacy Supervisor to join our team at Loblaw Companies Limited. As a Pharmacy Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of pharmacists and technicians to provide exceptional patient care and service.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and provide guidance to pharmacy staff to ensure excellent patient care and service.
- Manage the pharmacy department's financial and operational performance, including inventory management and budgeting.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve patient engagement and satisfaction.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless patient care and service.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices to ensure the pharmacy department remains current and competitive.
- Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy and a Class A Pharmacist license.
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in a retail pharmacy environment.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and coach others.
- Excellent customer service skills and a strong sense of professionalism.
- Proven ability to build business using community-based marketing strategies.
