Event Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Event Assistant to support the planning and execution of various events. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with the Event Manager to ensure seamless event execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in event planning, including venue selection, vendor management, and logistics.
- Coordinate event schedules, timelines, and activities.
- Communicate with clients to understand their event needs and expectations.
- Ensure all event details are properly executed and address any last-minute changes.
- Support onsite event coordination, including setup, registration, and attendee management.
- Handle post-event evaluations and gather feedback to improve future events.
Requirements:
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Problem-solving skills and a positive, can-do attitude.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and event management software is a plus.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required for events.
