Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Medical Support Specialist to join our team at Health Careers in Sask.
About the Role:
This is a full-time regular position that involves providing reception and clerical support to a unit/department.
Responsibilities:
- Provides administrative support to healthcare teams
- Coordinates patient records and documents
- Assists with scheduling and communicating with patients, families, and healthcare providers
- Maintains accurate and up-to-date records and reports
- Performs other related duties as required
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Medical Administrative Assistant diploma
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Intermediate keyboarding and computer skills
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team
What We Offer:
We offer a competitive salary range of $20.780 to $22.240 per hour (Pay Band 8) and a comprehensive benefits package.
