About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Hospitality Territory Sales Manager to join our team at Ecolab. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and building strong relationships with our customers in the hospitality industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth and revenue in your assigned territory
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their needs
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that customers are satisfied with our products and services
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to pursue them
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity, using this knowledge to inform your sales strategies

Requirements
  • High school diploma required; post-secondary education preferred
  • 1+ year of outside sales experience, preferably in the hospitality industry
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on results and customer satisfaction
  • Valid driver's license and acceptable Motor Vehicle Record
