Administrative Coordinator

We're seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Support Services Admin to join our team at Compass Group Canada. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for coordinating activities and providing administrative support to various departments and external clients.
Your primary focus will be on monitoring expenses and budgets, managing new contracts, updating records, creating review spreadsheets, and generating reports. You will also be involved in tracking fixed assets, capturing RFPs, and attending meetings to take and distribute minutes.
To succeed in this role, you will need 3 years of financial/accounting experience, 3 years of experience working with operations in a large complex organization, and post-secondary education with an accounting degree preferred. Strong organizational skills, multitasking ability, and very strong written communication skills are essential. Experience with financial analysis and proficiency in Word and Excel are also required.
