Job Title: Sales Associate III

The Sales Associate III role is a critical component of our store's overall success and efficiency. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales results, and upholding Coach's Service and Selling Models.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide personalized customer service, building strong relationships and creating a positive shopping experience.
  • Drive sales results through effective sales strategies, clienteling, and product knowledge.
  • Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, adhering to Coach's visual merchandising standards.
  • Support cash-wrap operations, processing customer transactions and maintaining a high level of accuracy.
  • Participate in visual merchandising efforts, including maintaining store displays and ensuring a cohesive brand image.
Requirements:
  • 1-3 years of previous sales experience, preferably in a luxury retail service environment.
  • Current knowledge of fashion trends and competition in the marketplace.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
  • Basic computer skills, including the ability to use iPad/laptop, Mobile POS, and Internet.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
