Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service: Provide outstanding customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Sales: Meet or exceed sales targets, building strong relationships with customers, and identifying opportunities to increase sales.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, including features, benefits, and styling options, to provide expert advice to customers.
  • Visual Merchandising: Maintain a visually appealing store environment, adhering to Stuart Weitzman's visual merchandising standards.
  • Operations: Perform operational tasks, including processing shipments, replenishing inventory, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of retail experience preferred.
