Insurance Operations Leadership Opportunity

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency
  • Lead a team of 100 associates, providing guidance and oversight to ensure successful project delivery
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement new services and products
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulatory requirements, ensuring SS&C remains a market leader
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, mathematics, accounting, or related field
  • 10+ years of experience in insurance operations, with a strong background in management and leadership
  • Proven track record of driving business growth and improving operational efficiency
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and internal stakeholders
