**Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and organized individual to maintain all aspects of staff scheduling while adhering to collective bargaining agreements and staffing guidelines. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely scheduling of staff members across various departments.

**Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and implement effective scheduling strategies to meet the needs of our clients and staff* Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and collective bargaining agreements* Collaborate with department managers to identify staffing requirements and develop schedules accordingly* Maintain accurate records and reports related to scheduling and staffing* Provide excellent customer service to employees, managers, and clients*

**Requirements:

* One (1) year experience working in office environment to develop organizational skills* Office Administration certificate* Analytical skills* Ability to work independently* Strong communication and interpersonal skills* Experience with scheduling software and systems*

**Salary Range:

$23,170 - $24,840 per annum (Pay Band 12)
