Job Title: Senior Staff Scheduler Liaison

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Staff Scheduler Liaison to join our team at Health Careers in Sask.

About the Job

This is a full-time temporary position that will work closely with our scheduling department staff and managers to create and maintain staff schedules while adhering to collective bargaining agreements.

The ideal candidate will have eighteenth months of scheduling experience working with collective agreements and an office administration certificate.

Responsibilities include providing functional guidance and technical directions to Scheduling Department staff and managers, creating and maintaining staff schedules, and replacing staff as required.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create and maintain accurate and up-to-date staff schedules in accordance with collective bargaining agreements
  • Provide guidance and support to Scheduling Department staff and managers to ensure effective schedule implementation
  • Collaborate with various stakeholders to identify and resolve scheduling conflicts
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Eighteen (18) months of scheduling experience working with collective agreements
  • An office administration certificate or equivalent
  • Strong analytical, communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
  • Intermediate-level computer skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
