Retail Store Leadership Role

Pioneer is seeking a highly skilled Retail Store Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our retail operations, you will play a vital role in driving sales growth, ensuring excellent customer service, and leading a high-performing team.
About the Role:This dynamic leadership position requires a strong leader who can effectively manage store operations, motivate staff, and drive results. You will be responsible for coordinating sales processes, managing inventory, and resolving customer issues in a fast-paced retail environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Sales Coordination: Assign sales workers to duties, supervise their activities, and ensure efficient operations.
- Inventory Management: Authorize payments, order merchandise, and resolve supply shortages to maintain optimal stock levels.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare sales reports and analyze data to inform business decisions.
- Staff Supervision: Supervise staff, provide coaching, and develop talent to drive performance and engagement.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, responding promptly to customer needs and concerns.
- Education: Secondary school graduation certificate or equivalent.
- Experience: 1-2 years of sales or retail experience, preferably in a supervisory role.
- Skills: Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.
- Availability: Flexibility to work 40 hours per week, including evenings and weekends as required.
- Competitive Salary: $45,000 - $60,000 per year, based on experience.
