We are a leading consumer goods company dedicated to making sustainable living commonplace. Our Training Coordinator role is a crucial part of our operations, supporting the development and training needs to achieve our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement training strategies to enhance business success
  • Manage the training budget to ensure effective resource allocation
  • Oversee training programs across all areas of our operations
  • Identify future training needs and develop a training matrix
  • Evaluate training materials to ensure they meet our business objectives
  • Coordinate site training and education to drive business success
  • Report training hours and costs to ensure transparency and accountability
  • Lead the onboarding process for new employees to ensure a smooth transition
  • Provide ongoing development opportunities to enhance employee skills and knowledge

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a Technical Field, such as Business Administration or Operations Management
  • 3-5 years of experience in operations, preferably in manufacturing
  • Experience with Lean Manufacturing principles and practices
  • Exceptional computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively engage with employees and stakeholders
  • Flexibility to work across all shifts to support our 24/7 operations
