Front Desk Representative

Key Responsibilities
As a Front Desk Agent at Pomeroy Lodging, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience. Your role will involve greeting guests, checking them in and out, and providing information on hotel services and room locations.
Key Focuses
- Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor during all guest encounters, responding appropriately to guest complaints.
- Ensure the front desk and lobby are tidy and well-presented.
- Answer phones and welcome guests in a prompt and courteous manner.
- Keep track of arrivals, departures, and in-house daily activities, and organize VIP amenities as required.
- Efficiently book guest reservations and process check-ins, check-outs, and transactions.
Requirements
- Previous experience in front desk or a hotel is an asset.
- Proficient in English.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
