Job Responsibilities

As a Senior Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Arranging training for staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Establishing organizational policies and procedures in relation to sales to drive business growth.
  • Planning, directing, and evaluating the activities of sales departments in commercial, industrial, wholesale, and retail establishments.
  • Assigning, coordinating, and reviewing projects and programs to ensure timely completion and high-quality results.
  • Providing coaching and guidance to employees to help them achieve their goals and develop their careers.
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities

This role requires working in a fast-paced environment with excellent oral and written communication skills, as well as strong client focus and interpersonal skills.

Personal Suitability

We are looking for a candidate who is self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision. The ideal candidate will have excellent time management skills and be able to prioritize tasks effectively.

Benefits
