Job Title: Line Cook

We are seeking a skilled Line Cook to join our culinary team at Bayside Oceanfront Resort. As a Line Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals or individual dishes and foods to the highest standards of quality and presentation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan menus and estimate food requirements for their realization
  • Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods
  • Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances
  • Inspect kitchens and food service areas
  • Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment
  • Clean kitchen and work areas
Requirements:
  • Safe Food Handling certificate
  • Food Safety Certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role
