About the Role
As a Sales Executive at Nu-Era Logistics Inc., you will serve as the primary point of contact for sales across all product areas, with a focus on over-the-road services and strategic partnerships in Ontario and beyond.
Your key responsibilities include developing strong relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, and maintaining ongoing communication to meet their evolving needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain close relationships with clients to ensure tailored solutions and exceptional service.
- Pursue new business opportunities through targeted sales activities, relationship development, and thorough account assessments.
- Develop and execute growth strategies focused on financial gain and profitability to meet revenue targets.
- Conduct presentations, provide quotations, and facilitate effective communication between Nu-Era Logistics and clients.
- Monitor business volumes from assigned client bases to maintain existing revenue levels.
Requirements and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will require a Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. Additionally, you should possess a minimum of 5+ years of experience in field sales, specifically in over-the-road freight sales or brokerage/3PL.

Compensation and Work Arrangements
This full-time position comes with a salary range of $70,000 – $95,000, plus unlimited commission based on generated gross profit. The standard work arrangement includes a 40-hour week with an 8-hour shift.
