We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Patient Services Specialist to join our team at FYidoctors in Smithers. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering world-class service to our patients, including the retail and repair of eyewear products and follow-up care.
This is a full-time, permanent position working up to 30-40 hours per week, Monday to Friday. You will be warmly greeting patients, checking them in and out, communicating with them in person, by phone, and by email, and administering pre-testing services.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent customer service skills, a high level of comfort using technology and computers, and a professional, approachable manner. If you are a team player who is passionate about delivering exceptional patient care, we encourage you to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
- Warmly greeting patients as they enter the clinic
- Checking patients in and out of the office
- Communicating with patients in person, by phone, and by email
- Administering pre-testing services
- Managing appointment bookings, prescription printouts, and billing and payments
- Upholding excellent customer service standards
