Optical Receptionist

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Optical Receptionist to join our team at FYidoctors. As a key member of our clinic, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional patient service and ensuring a seamless experience for our patients.

Key responsibilities include warmly greeting patients, checking them in and out, communicating with patients in person and via phone, and administering pre-testing services. You will also be responsible for managing appointment bookings, prescription printouts, and billing and payments.
