Job Title: Technical Support Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Supervisor to join our team at Code Guru. As a Technical Support Supervisor, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our clients and ensuring that their issues are resolved in a timely and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, and in-person
  • Collaborate with the technical support team to resolve complex technical issues
  • Supervise and mentor junior technical support staff
  • Develop and implement technical support processes and procedures
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and advancements
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in a technical support role
  • Strong technical knowledge of IT infrastructure, hardware, and software
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong leadership and mentoring skills
