Job Description

Amayra Enterprises Ltd is seeking a skilled Office Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in administrative procedures and be able to implement new procedures while evaluating and revising existing ones.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement new administrative procedures and review existing ones for improvement.
  • Delegate tasks to office support staff and establish work priorities.
  • Co-ordinate and plan for office services, including accommodation, equipment, supplies, and security.
  • Assist in budget preparation and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
  • Prepare reports, manuals, and correspondence as required.
  • Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures.
Requirements
  • Efficient interpersonal skills and ability to multitask.
  • Flexibility, organisation, and reliability.
  • Ability to work in a team environment.
  • Dental plan and permanent work term.
  • English language and 35-40 hours per week.
