Overview

Cox Automotive seeks an experienced Executive Product Management Leader to join our team. As a key member of our product organization, you will be responsible for driving the conception through end-of-life ownership of specific products, ensuring alignment with our overall business strategy.

Salary Range

The salary range for this position is $142,100.00 - $236,800.00 per year, depending on location and qualifications.

About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned product management leader to lead cross-functional teams in developing and launching innovative products that meet the evolving needs of our customers. Key responsibilities include:

  • Product Vision and Strategy: Define and drive the product vision and strategy, aligning with company goals and objectives.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and manage high-performing teams, providing guidance and direction to ensure successful product launches.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges, informing product development and go-to-market strategies.
  • Go-to-Market Planning: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute go-to-market plans, ensuring timely and effective product launches.
  • Portfolio Management: Oversee multiple product portfolios, prioritizing resources and initiatives to maximize business impact.
  • Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including senior leadership, product delivery, and customer experience teams.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree in a related field and 10 years of experience in product management or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in a management or leadership role.
  • 7-10+ years of proven experience in product development and launch.
  • Excellent business acumen, team leadership skills, and experience bringing together diverse views.
  • Expert knowledge of the product development life cycle.
  • Previous management/leadership experience required.
