Halifax Water is seeking a seasoned executive leader to serve as its General Manager and Chief Executive Officer. As a key member of the organization, you will play a vital role in shaping the future of our water utility and driving growth and transformation within the Halifax Regional Municipality.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong track record of executive leadership experience in a complex, unionized, multi-stakeholder environment, preferably within a regulated utility business. They will be an exceptional communicator and people skills, with high emotional intelligence, enabling them to connect authentically with a range of audiences and interest holders, building trust and fostering collaboration.
