Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Investment Management Leader to join our team at TD Bank. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for leading a team of Investment Management professionals and driving business growth through strategic planning and execution.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of Investment Management professionals to achieve business objectives and drive growth.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with key business leaders to develop and implement business strategies.
  • Manage the branch budget and expenditures to optimize resources and drive business results.
  • Identify and manage risks to protect the interests of the organization.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging issues, trends, and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance and drive business growth.

Requirements:
  • Undergraduate university degree.
  • Life Insurance license (LLQP).
  • Proven leadership and management experience in Investment Management.
  • Strong business acumen and strategic planning skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
