The Role

As a Seasonal Concierge Advisor at Aritzia, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and sales expertise to our clients. Your primary goal will be to provide a world-class experience, ensuring that every client interaction is memorable and exceeds their expectations.

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences to provide personalized service.
  • Utilize your knowledge of luxury fashion and styling expertise to make informed product recommendations and drive sales.
  • Resolve client inquiries and concerns efficiently, ensuring the highest levels of satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Meet and exceed established performance targets, contributing to the success of the team and the company.

The Logistics

As a Seasonal Concierge Advisor, you will be required to work a variable shift schedule, including evenings and weekends, to meet the needs of our clients. You will also be expected to participate in mandatory training sessions, which will be scheduled in advance.

  • Availability to work 40 hours per week for the first two weeks of training, with morning or evening sessions available.
  • Ability to work shifts up to 8.5 hours in length, within our operating hours of 6AM - 10PM, 7 days a week.
  • Participation in Aritzia's Shift Bid Program, which provides weekly schedules for three-month intervals based on business needs.
  • Ability to work during peak sales events, such as November - January, when time off requests will not be approved.
