About the Role

The Project Coordinator will assist with overall project performance and status from start to finish, ensuring timely completion within budget and according to schedule. Key responsibilities include:

  • Establishing and maintaining relationships with stakeholders, including clients, consultants, and suppliers;
  • Assisting in planning and preparing schedules and milestones;
  • Monitoring progress against established timelines;
  • Complying with HSE legislation and company policies and procedures;

This role requires a strong understanding of construction practices, procedures, and techniques, as well as experience with project management software and tools. A degree or diploma in Project Management, Construction Engineering Technology, or a related field is considered an asset.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • 3-5 years of experience as a Project Coordinator in the construction industry;
  • Knowledge of contract management, construction scheduling, and execution;
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Project) and ability to travel to sites around Winnipeg;
  • A valid Driver's License;

As a valued member of our team, you can expect a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.
