Job Title: Server/Dining Room Care Manager

Sunrise Senior Living is seeking a skilled Server/Dining Room Care Manager to join our team. As a Server/Dining Room Care Manager, you will be responsible for providing exceptional dining and table services to our residents in a warm and welcoming environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide outstanding dining and table services to residents, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and quality of care.
  • Assist with training and development of team members to ensure they meet the highest standards of service and care.
  • Maintain a clean and organized dining room, adhering to Sunrise Senior Living's standards and regulations.
  • Assist with special events and activities, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience for residents and their families.
  • Monitor and maintain accurate records of dining area cleanliness, readiness, and standards, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Assist with table top inventories and maintenance, ensuring a smooth and efficient dining experience.
  • Handle all food and beverages in accordance with sanitary procedures and standards, ensuring the highest level of quality and safety.
  • Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulatory procedures regarding food service.
Qualifications:
  • High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Minimum of one year experience in fine dining hospitality and/or full service senior living.
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities and tasks with ease.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Good judgment and decision-making skills.
