- Assist in training and developing team members to ensure seamless service.
- Maintain a clean and inviting dining room environment, adhering to Sunrise Senior Living standards.
- Support special events and activities, enhancing the overall resident experience.
- Monitor and maintain checklists to ensure the dining area meets cleanliness and readiness standards.
- Contribute to table top inventory management and maintenance.
- Ensure compliance with food service regulations and standards, prioritizing resident safety and satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Minimum one year of experience in fine dining hospitality and/or full service senior living.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Good judgment, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
