Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team at Pizzawingsandsnacks. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our food and beverage offerings meet the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Leadership and Management: Lead and manage a team of 3-4 staff members, providing guidance and support to ensure that they are equipped to deliver excellent customer service and maintain high standards of food quality and safety.
- Operational Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including managing inventory, controlling costs, and ensuring that all health and safety regulations are met.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Marketing and Sales: Participate in marketing plans and implementation, identifying opportunities to increase sales and revenue.
- Education: College/CEGEP degree in a related field.
- Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a restaurant management role.
- Skills: Excellent leadership and communication skills, ability to work under pressure, and attention to detail.
The Restaurant Manager will work in a fast-paced environment, with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking. The ideal candidate will be able to work under pressure and maintain a high level of attention to detail.
Personal Suitability:- Team Player: The Restaurant Manager must be a team player, able to work collaboratively with other staff members to achieve common goals.
- Efficient Interpersonal Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers, staff, and suppliers.
