Coastal GasLink Commercial Governance Analyst

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the administration of CGL joint governance committees, ensuring seamless coordination and facilitation of meetings, tracking of action items, and maintenance of accurate records.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate committee meetings, including scheduling, facilitation, and tracking of action items.
  • Draft meeting minutes and required documentation for each committee.
  • Coordinate stakeholder review of meeting minutes and presentations.
  • Facilitate adherence to timelines for reviewing and approving minutes and closing action items.
  • Track and maintain accurate records of committee deliverable status.
  • Ensure consistency across all committees and implement updated Terms of References.
  • Review and update governance calendar in accordance with requirements.
  • Administer committee Decision Records as required.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the development and management of systems for tracking CGL commercial commitments and central document storage.
  • Develop and maintain a commitment database and migrate finalized and draft commercial documents into a consolidated system.
  • Develop electronic filing system processes and procedures.
  • Respond to information or historical file queries from internal stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of Document Control experience.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Ability to work on multiple projects with minimal supervision.
