Job Description

SaskIT is currently seeking an Office Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to our staff and contribute to the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in maintaining a well-organized office environment, including filing and record-keeping tasks
  • Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external clients via phone, email, and in-person
  • Perform various administrative duties such as data entry, mailings, and photocopying
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
  • 1 to less than 7 months of related work experience
  • Demonstrated ability to learn quickly and adapt to new situations
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Compensation

The estimated salary for this position is $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.

Working Conditions

This is a permanent, full-time position with a regular schedule of 30-40 hours per week.
