Job Title: Technical Support Specialist - Agricultural Equipment

At CNH Industrial, we are looking for a skilled and motivated Technical Support Specialist to join our team. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support and guidance to our customers and internal stakeholders on the use and maintenance of our agricultural equipment.



Responsibilities:


  • Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with our agricultural equipment using mechanical and electronic test equipment.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to customers and internal stakeholders on the use and maintenance of our equipment.
  • Maintain positive and constructive relationships with our customers, internal stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.
  • Document technical questions and data to be used for future reference.
  • Contribute to the development of technical documentation and knowledge base articles.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve technical issues.
  • Participate in the development and delivery of training programs for customers and internal stakeholders.


Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Agricultural Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum two (2) years' experience working mechanically with agricultural equipment, construction equipment, and/or heavy trucks.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to travel up to 10%.
