TerraSource Global is seeking an Industrial Service Specialist to support our customers and internal departments in maximizing customer satisfaction with our equipment. The successful candidate will have the ability to capture revenue for service whenever possible and drive parts sales.

About the Role

This is a critical position that requires strong technical skills, excellent communication, and problem-solving abilities. As an Industrial Service Specialist, you will be responsible for supervising, advising, and training customers on installation, operation, and maintenance of our equipment. You will also evaluate equipment needs, identify opportunities for service visits, and generate professional reports and quotes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate equipment needs and identify opportunities for service visits
  • Supervise, advise, and train customers on installation, operation, and maintenance of equipment
  • Generate professional reports and quotes to drive revenue and parts sales
  • Proactively work with customers, sales representatives, and monitor recent orders to identify service opportunities
  • Utilize SalesForce system to submit Quote Requests, manage Service Reports, update Asset data, and collaborate with other departments
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 5 years related heavy industrial service experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience with an emphasis in electrical and mechanical systems
  • English writing and verbal skills are required; French is a plus
  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating instructions, and engineering drawings
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Benefits

As an Industrial Service Specialist with TerraSource Global, you can expect a competitive salary and benefits package, including:

  • A base salary of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience
  • Overtime pay and bonuses for meeting performance targets
  • A comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off
Travel Requirements

The Industrial Service Specialist will be required to travel up to 60% of the time, both domestically and internationally. This may include weekend work and overtime.
