Key Responsibilities:

As a Casual Support Specialist at itracks, you will provide software and client support for our proprietary applications. You will serve as a liaison between external project participants and our Operations Department, reporting feedback from participants to the software development team. Additionally, you will respond to participant and client inquiries, perform problem-solving effectively, and deliver high-quality customer service. You will also pursue self-development to increase your mastery of our software products and industry knowledge.

Qualifications:

You must have some post-secondary education, preferably in computer technology, or related work experience. You should be fluent in English, possess excellent organizational skills, and be able to work both independently and in a team environment. Your proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook, is also essential. Finally, you should be able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
