Corporate Controller

We are seeking a highly skilled Corporate Controller to join our team at Shahab Uddin Inc. as part of our restaurant chain. The successful candidate will be responsible for allocating resources, establishing departments, and coordinating work across regions.
Key Responsibilities- Establish financial and administrative controls to ensure the smooth operation of the organization.
- Formulate and approve policies and programs to drive business growth.
- Represent the organization in negotiations and official functions, or delegate representatives as needed.
- Select and develop middle managers, directors, and other executive staff to drive business success.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Flexibility, organized, and a team player.
- Participate in government or community programs that support newcomers, refugees, youth employment, Veterans, Indigenous people, and visible minorities.
- Develop and maintain relationships with indigenous communities and organizations.
- Provide cultural competency training and awareness training to all employees.
